Advance Diploma in Management

The Advanced Diploma in Management program provides a practical exposure to the business and management skills required in today’s workplace. Getting to the top of a department usually requires additional managerial training, most commonly found in those with an Advanced Diploma of Management.This diploma is best suited for people already working in management positions at their workplaces. The goal is to help those individuals learn the managerial skills needed to be successful managers in those workplaces. Whether one is working for a small or large business, or a private marketing company, these skills will be vital to growing success and implementing strategies and policies that promote teamwork among all employees.The Advanced Diploma of Management prepares the learners to take on leadership roles within their companies.

Module Synopses

This course carries a total of six modules that the students must undertake to attain their diploma. Listed below are the module synopses for the diploma:

Certificate in Change Management

The Change Management deals with the effects and management of change and, more importantly, the impact change can have on all organizations. Every organization, goes through a phase of transitions or transformations, in order to achieve the organizational goals. Change management is a systematic approach to deal with these transitions or the transformations of an organization’s goals, processes or technologies. This is designed for professionals who want to learn how to use communication strategies and tactics effectively in organizations.

A corporate manager has to ensure appropriate corporate behaviour Corporate as it is important for organizational success both, financially and for business relationships.Through this certification corporate managers will understand how corporate behaviour strengthens relationships within organisations between individuals, teams, and in the organisation as a whole. This is important, as corporate behaviour reflects the values of the business and the extent to which it is ethical.
