Refund Policy

Students who wish to withdraw from offering a course and want a refund in SB Academy should submit a written document at least three working days prior to when the course begins. Refunds will not be made available for candidates who do not submit their documents on or before the stipulated time.

For students who wish to transfer from one course to another, SB Academy will treat this as a withdrawal and enrolment. The institution will therefore take necessary actions to rectify this.

Listed below are some of the reasons as to which SB Academy will consider a refund of student fees:

  • Student does not start the course on its start date.
  • He/she chooses to end his course programme before its start date.
  • Student does not meet the course requirement as stipulated by SB Academy.

Should any student fall under this category and wishes to get a refund, SB Academy will make payment based on the fees paid and course offered.
